SCORE | Counselors to America's Small Business, is the best source of free and confidential small business advice to help you build your business-from idea, to startup, to success.

SCORE is composed of more than 12,400 volunteer business counselors, both working and retired, who counsel businesses from 389 chapter offices throughout the country. They share their wisdom and lessons learned in business with aspiring entrepreneurs. Business counseling can help you start, grow and manage your business.

SCORE volunteers hail from every facet of the business community. Some have worked at large public corporations like P&G, Xerox and Boeing. Others have served in our military or worked for the local or federal government. Many have spent years cultivating their own small business.  

Last year, SCORE helped expand small business opportunities by providing more than 440,000 business development services to Americans throughout the country.
